Vincent Carpentier, President and Owner, acquired PVI Systems in January 2025 to expand his Canadian company Neosoft Technologies into the United States. Combining the expertise of PVI Systems with Neosoft, PVI can provide customers with proven solutions for their testing needs.

Vincent brings more than 20 years of experience in System Integration, Automated Test, and Data Acquisition to the company. In 2013, he joined Neosoft Technologies, where he currently serves as Owner and President. Neosoft specializes in custom software and systems solutions serving the Aerospace & Defense, Energy, and other industries across Canada. His past work experience includes positions in Business Development and District Sales for NI (National Instruments) from 2006 to 2013. With his vast knowledge of NI products and system capabilities, customers can feel confident that the right system hardware is being selected for their projects.

Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as other professional certifications including NI Certified LabVIEW Architect.

Will is a founding member of PVI Systems and was President of PVI from 2014 through 2024. From 1999-2013 he held the position of treasurer. Will’s duties at PVI have ranged from engineer to project manager on jobs from $5,000 to $2,000,000. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from State University of New York Maritime College, and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Will has been developing test systems in LabVIEW since 1990.

Drawing on his maritime background, Will worked for Sperry Marine Systems on Trident 2 Fleet Ballistic Submarines in hardware and software aspects of the navigation systems. After leaving Sperry, Will worked for two companies associated with the Naval Underwater Warfare Center in New London, CT and Middletown, Rhode Island. This work involved hardware design, signal processing, and software development.

After leaving the defense industry in 1999 he was one of the founding members of PVI Systems. Here he pulled all his various industry experiences into developing custom software and hardware solutions for manufacturers and research laboratories.

Nate is one of the founding members of PVI Systems. Nate has been certified as a LabVIEW Developer, LabVIEW Instructor, and LabVIEW Architect for over 16 years.
