The arrows pointing left and right indicate the pan rotation, while the up and down arrows suggest the tilt rotation. Note that the color of the arrows will change from red to green as you get closer to the desired location. We suggest to make gentle movements while the arrows are green until they disappear. When the light bulb turns on, you're on the spot!
