Return Policy

At Saanvi Corporate Gifts, operating under the brand name Pucchu, we want you to love every purchase you make. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange within [X days] of delivery (recommended: 7–10 days).
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Customized, personalized, or bulk corporate orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at care@pucchu.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, including the return shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of late or missing refunds, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement for eligible items at no additional cost.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In cases where a replacement is issued for a defective item, Pucchu will bear the return and re-shipping charges.
