1. GENERAL POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through:

https://pubcrawl.madrid

By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All times referenced are in Madrid local time (CET/CEST).


2. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

✅ Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the event date (before 00:00 local time).


🔄 Partial Refund

You are entitled to a 50% refund if:

  • Cancellation is requested between 3 and 7 days before the event date.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if:

  • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the event date.

  • You fail to attend the event (no-show).

  • You arrive late and the group has already departed.

  • You are denied participation due to:

    • Being under 18 years old.

    • Failure to provide valid ID.

    • Excessive intoxication.

    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

    • Violation of venue policies.

Once the event has started, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.


3. GROUP BOOKINGS (STAG / HEN PARTIES)

For group bookings:

  • Cancellation must be made by the original booking holder.

  • The cancellation policy applies to the entire group.

  • Partial refunds for individual group members who fail to attend will not be granted.

If a group is removed due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.


4. EVENT CANCELLATION BY US

In the unlikely event that Pub Crawl Madrid is canceled by SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL due to:

  • Insufficient participants

  • Operational issues

  • Venue closure

  • Safety concerns

  • Force majeure events

Customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to reschedule.


5. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.


6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method.

  • Issued within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank).

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


7. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By booking with Pub Crawl Madrid, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

In the event of a dispute, we may provide:

  • Booking confirmation records

  • Cancellation timestamps

  • Attendance verification

  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in legal recovery action.
