“I have wanted to say I have been thinking a lot about you and Psynergy and how much you have helped my son and our family. We are so very grateful that he was able to spend time at Psynergy and that you didn’t give up on him. He has now been at his new independent apartment offering support for a month and things seem to be going pretty well. We are seeing him about every seven or eight days and still talking with him on a daily basis. Yesterday he expounded on how grateful he was to have gone to Psynergy and how much the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is continuing to help him. He thinks Heather is the kind of therapist he has needed and appreciates so very much how strict she is. He says he wants and needs to find another therapist who is strict. Both my husband and I had been hopeful that he could have stayed at Psynergy a bit longer. He is getting to know the other residents at the new place and settling into the routine. He joined a gym right away and it is in walking distance. He knows he needs to step up the exercise since he is now not eating the nutritious food he so loved at Psynergy.”

“A Place I Call Home”

“It’s called Nueva Vista. It’s not a big place but it does have lots of people. The staff members are nice to us clients.

At least I’m not homeless on the streets or on drugs. I feel safe with my roommate. I’ve got my own little spot. I’ll find a house someday that has the same feeling, but for now I am grateful that I have a place to live in.“
