Motorola PST (Product Support Tool, also referred to as Phone Service Tools) is a Windows-based utility designed for configuring, updating, and maintaining legacy Motorola mobile devices. Intended for authorized service technicians, it supports tasks such as firmware flashing, language pack and flex file management, PRL and NAM programming for CDMA handsets, basic calibration, and diagnostics/log collection. PST communicates over Motorola’s P2K/USB interfaces and covers a wide range of GSM and CDMA models from the early 2000s. Because improper use can render a device inoperable, it requires appropriate drivers, compatible data cables, and proper licensing, and should be used by trained personnel in controlled service environments. While many modern Motorola workflows have transitioned to newer tools such as RSD, PST remains relevant for maintaining, recovering, or provisioning older devices still in active use or archival support.
PST is developed by Motorola and is used by 6 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4.
