This ensures that all back-office user within that OU can see the message history and provide immediate assistance, eliminating the risk of messages being missed when a specific individual goes off-duty. "On-Behalf-Of" OU Messaging: Back-office users can now choose to send messages as their designated OU Group (e.g., "Sent by Dispatch"). This automatically shares the conversation thread with the rest of the OU, providing seamless continuity for the next shift. Contextual Notifications: Push notifications on mobile and web now explicitly show both the sender’s name and the specific OU Group. Form messages appear with their default values and are read-only, ensuring drivers can access important dispatch communications without editing them. 4.3.0 03/26/2025 Resolved "Ghost Notifications" Issue: We have fixed a critical bug that caused message notifications to appear for unintended recipients. Previously, a message sent to a specific recipient would also show up as a notification for other recipients, even though it was not intended for them. This issue was causing confusion as the message would appear as a notification but not in the message body.
