Project: Snowblind

Project: Snowblind is a first-person action game. Originally developed to be the third game of the Deus Ex series, it was finally released in its own universe. The year is 2065, and you are Nathan Frost, an elite operative in a counter-terrorist team. You are stationed in Hong Kong, where a rouge General starts attacking the city. Nathan is injured in an attack, and has to be reconstructed using nano-technlogy that can enhance a person's skills. With these new enhancements, you have to fight your way to destroy the terrorist organization behind the attacks.

There are a lot of very similar elements to Deus Ex, and that is not a bad thing; you can achieve your objective in many different ways. The weapons are good and the action is fun. The nice thing is that your squad is actually smart enough to do things right. Although the formula is similar to many games, this one also features a good multi-player mode that is solid and entertaining. This is more a matter of the gamer's taste than anything wrong with the game. If you like futuristic shooters or the Deus Ex games, then you are going to like this.
