Pulse is the first chapter of StudioOS, our vision for a smarter Programa that works harder behind the scenes so you can focus on the work that actually matters: designing.

- Log yesterday's time in seconds. All your active projects, one screen. Done.
- Act on product decisions instantly. See every approved or rejected product across every project, and take action without the back-and-forth.
- Never miss a deadline. Overdue tasks from Project Management surface automatically, so nothing slips through.
Pulse updates in real time as approvals and rejections come in. And now with custom actions built in, you can flag things like missing prices before they become problems downstream.
This is just the beginning of how Programa learns to work the way your studio does.

- Shared Schedules display "Untitled" placeholder text instead of blank spaces, making it clear when items need naming.
- The image cropper modal closes automatically after saving, keeping your workflow moving smoothly.
- Duplicating Schedule items preserves the original product details, so your source data stays intact.
- Purchase Order emails reach all CC recipients, ensuring your team and suppliers stay informed.
- The ‘What's new’ unread badge displays for all users, so you never miss an update.
- Approval totals in shared Schedules reflect your active filters, giving you accurate counts when reviewing subsets of products.
- The ‘Approve All’ button on the Client Dashboard is working again, making bulk approvals faster.
- Product URLs are included in Schedule PDF exports when enabled, giving clients access to additional product & supplier information web pages.
- Schedule search excludes archived products when the archive toggle is off, ensuring your results stay relevant.
- The tax dropdown in Schedules has been cleaned up for clearer selection.
- Schedule section items linked to tasks in other projects now display correctly, preventing "Content Missing" errors.
- Custom statuses on the Client Dashboard now display with correct styling and full text.
- Project card timestamps on the Dashboard show accurate edit dates, helping you track recent activity.
- Schedule filtering by order reference is functional again, making it easier to locate specific procurement items.
- PDF export notes are scoped to the current project, preventing auto-population from other projects.
- Schedule deletion now completes without errors, keeping your project organization smooth.
- Team member removal processes correctly without page errors.
- Timeline key dates in Studio Management align correctly, giving you an accurate view of project milestones.
