    Hello there, my nickname is Robeen. I have been working as a Technical Support Engineer since 2018. With expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce, I love debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing websites. I enjoy turning complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.

    I’m passionate about QA, Open Source, AI, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I explore ways to make digital experiences smoother, more intuitive, and engaging for users.

    WordPress Origin Story

    As a web tech enthusiast with a deep commitment to WordPress, my journey began in 2014 during university projects. I was instantly drawn to its flexibility and potential, which inspired me to fully embrace the platform and its robust ecosystem.

    In 2017, I started my professional journey as a Junior WordPress Developer, focusing on technical implementation and problem-solving. This experience naturally expanded into a broader interest in support and community-driven development. By 2018, I joined weDevs as a Junior Support Engineer, the creators of the popular Dokan Multivendor Marketplace plugin for WordPress, further sharpening my technical expertise. I am currently working as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at BuddyBoss.

    Beyond hands-on development, I’m dedicated to empowering others through education. I create YouTube content that shares tutorials, insights, and tips about WordPress, WooCommerce, and AI-powered solutions. My goal is to help my audience stay informed and navigate the ever-evolving world of web development.

    I’m actively engaged in the WordPress and WooCommerce communities, contributing through translations, plugin development, and knowledge sharing at events like WordCamps and local meetups. My work is driven by a desire to create reliable, innovative, and user-friendly solutions, blending technical proficiency with creativity to make a meaningful impact in web development.
