Version History We've improved our compatibility with password managers, making it easier to save your ProductionPro login information on account creation. We've also spruced up our empty states, and fixed a bug that could cause your name not to appear in the Production Library top bar. 2.27.5 May 1 We've improved annotation imports for large productions by making the sections in the source document list collapsable, making it easier to navigate large document lists. We've also made it easier to work with documents with long names by replacing truncation with flexibly-sized cells. We've also addressed several bugs, including one that could cause the UI to deadlock while making lots of handwritten annotations, one that could make certain layers uneditable until reloaded, and one that caused certain annotation buttons to be pushed beneath the layers menu on iOS version supporting Liquid Glass. 2.27.4 Mar 26 Spring cleaning is in full swing. In addition to some cleanup under the hood, we've addressed the following bugs: - When using a pedal or external keyboard to change pages in the Binder, sometimes the device would become unresponsive - Annotation updates were not being reflected immediately when made on a different device using the same account - Productions with lots of tags and media would sometimes not be able to see or search by recently-applied tags - A crash could occur when creating a production from scratch or after failing to parse a PDF 2.27.3 Mar 23 A quiet update to start the year. We've added sections to the source document selection table when transferring annotations to make the list easier to navigate. We've also fixed a bug that caused the page tracker in the breakdown to become misaligned, and another that caused the app to occasionally crash when it was closed. We've also removed the ability to include bookmarks in annotation shares. 2.27.2 Feb 23 Minor optimizations 2.27.1 11/24/2025 We've extended the offline document access introduced in 2.26.0 to read-only production members. We've also updated our annotation color presets, and made the app more reliably able to remember your last-used colors. 2.27.0 11/03/2025 We've totally overhauled the way we make data available offline. You can now select documents for offline access, even when you close their tabs, and more media will be available when you're without an internet connection. While online, documents, media, and productions themselves can take advantage of the new system to load even faster. 2.26.0 09/24/2025 We've got a small release this month, mainly focused on bugfixes and stability centered on login and using the Binder. 2.25.1 04/08/2025 Version 2.25.0 brings a wave of improvements to our offline behavior, specifically in the Binder, with better visibility into which documents are available to open without an active internet connection. We've also updated the labels for scene groupings in the Media Library to be clearer and easier to read. 2.25.0 03/18/2025 We're starting 2025 off with a quiet release mostly focused on bugfixes and laying groundwork for our upcoming features. We've reworked the way you move around the app, making it faster and easier to access your documents, videos, images, and breakdown from anywhere. We've also added expanded orientation support, making the Production Library and Media Library available in portrait mode and the Binder available in landscape with a new 2-page spread! 2.24.0 10/15/2024 We've updated several of our dependencies to make it easier to understand what data we collect and why, along with some additional minor bugfixes. 2.23.1 05/15/2024 We're very excited to announce version 2.23.0! However, we do have a fix for a bug that was causing issues for some people during login, and another that should make it so you can still navigate back to the main Binder view if your document list gets stuck loading. 2.22.3 01/22/2024 We're kicking off 2024 with some housekeeping, so we can roll into the year ready to focus on the exciting new features we've got planned! You can now jump right to a specific page in a document by tapping the page number above the thumbnail bar! This release also fixes an issue where the first act divider in a show would appear partially offscreen while editing the breakdown. We've also made some quality of life improvements, like pinning the active layer to the top of the annotations layers list. Finally, this includes fixes for crashes related to annotation saving, making the Binder more stable. Login fields should now pull their associated data from password managers, and be able to identify logins saved from the web app as valid for the iPad app also. We've rebuilt our UI to adapt better to different screen sizes. We've fixed an issue that was preventing annotation layers shared with you from being renamed, as well as a bug that caused some uneditable layers to appear editable. This also includes a fix for the new save status indicators, which were being displayed more often than intended. Finally, we updated the media library to group media by scene by default, rather than upload date. 2.21.5 07/10/2023 We've expanded our typed annotation options to include notes! Note annotations let you add text to a document without it always being on screen, so they're great for long thoughts or pages with lots of content already. Notes can either be attached to existing annotations or added directly to the document using a press-and-hold. We've also expanded our offline detection in the Binder to make it more clear when annotations aren't syncing correctly. We've added an icon to the toolbar to show your save status, as well as notifications when ProductionPro detects issues saving to the cloud and when those issues resolve. Finally, this also includes a host of stability improvements, as well as an update to support "Afternoon" as a valid time-of-day while parsing scripts. 2.21.4 06/07/2023
