Scott Shafer
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Scott Shafer, as CEO of ProCern, has spearheaded transformation to an industry leading technology solutions company through it’s enhanced services in Cloud, Cybersecurity, 24/7 Infrastructure Management, Public Cloud, End User Help Desk and more.
ProCern’s continued investment in R&D has resulted in infrastructure management patents, numerous recognitions from clients and partners such as earning IBM’s coveted award for Leadership in Technology & Innovation.
Mr. Shafer has a track record of success in Fortune 500 corporate and as a serial entrepreneur building fast growth companies. In addition, Mr. Shafer serves as an advisor to young entrepreneurs and early-stage companies across a range of industries.
Mr. Shafer’s passion for learning and education seeded him as a founding member of Peak to Peak Charter School, a Colorado-based K-12 school that has been named a Top 100 US High School for more than 10 years.

David Ferguson
President & COO
David Ferguson is President and COO with ProCern, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including delivery, support, and the management of infrastructure services for businesses of all sizes and degrees of complexity. With more than 20 years of experience working in large-scale technology operations leadership roles and a 10+ year tenure with ProCern, Mr. Ferguson boasts extensive experience in ITIL-based operations global service delivery from multiple locations and providers across hybrid technologies.
As COO with ProCern, David is passionate about helping clients turn IT from a cost center into a profitable business asset. He is known for his positive leadership approach that inspires and empowers employees and an unwavering client-first focus that puts clients at ease, fosters trust, and positions them for sustainable growth.
David earned a B.S. in Religious Studies and Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Edward Moon
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Edward Moon is Chief Technology Officer with ProCern, where he is responsible for integrating the company’s business needs and requirements into IT planning and operations to support critical business goals and objectives. With a 20-year technology career that spans businesses of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Logitech, Amdocs, and Amazon— Edward brings a unique blend of engineering and management expertise to power ProCern’s technology complex. With over seven-year tenure at ProCern, Edward offers advanced expertise bridging a range of infrastructure technologies—from legacy systems to SaaS, cloud, and related modern technologies—with modernization initiatives, comprehensive security program development and a support team which includes 5 IBM Champions.

Lance Woodland
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Lance Woodland is the Chief Financial Officer at ProCern, where he leads Finance and Administration and plays a key role in M&A strategy and broader corporate development initiatives.
With more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership, Lance has guided companies through high-growth phases, operational transformation, and complex transactions. His career spans startups to Fortune 500 firms, including executive roles at companies backed by top-tier private equity firms such as Thoma Bravo and KKR.
Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Nina Zabolotnaya
Chief Client Officer (CCO)
Nina Zabolotnaya is the Chief Client Officer at ProCern. She focuses on enhancing and driving towards an optimal client experience. While maintaining a client-centered approach, Nina also oversees escalations, strategic account alignment, and long-term account health.
Over the course of her nearly ten-year tenure with ProCern, Nina implemented a wide range of industry best practices to build a service delivery organization that supports everything from small-scale deployments to Fortune 500-class clients. She also leveraged her experience to drive ProCern’s integration efforts across diverse IT teams, services, and platforms to singularly focus on the client experience. Prior to joining ProCern, Nina applied her expertise to several Denver-based software firms, where she offered consultative guidance and support to dozens of clients and their stakeholders.
She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a double major in Economics and International Affairs.

Brandon Clark
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Brandon Clark is the CISO for ProCern and brings over a decade of experience in Security, Compliance and Risk to help secure internal and client environments. Additionally, Brandon leads ProCern’s Cyber Security Consulting practice to help clients adapt to the ever changing Threat and Regulatory environment through a combination of strategic and technical assessments, remediation, and coaching.
Brandon remains at the forefront of industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance both to current clients and the cyber security community as a whole. He regularly presents at industry conferences and to client leadership teams to help educate business stakeholders on the cyber threat landscape and how to create customized risk management plans to limit their exposure.
Brandon earned his BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Tom Savage serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at ProCern and has been part of the IT world for 21 years. He spent his first 6 years at HP Systems and the last 15 years with ProCern.
