I just want to say a big thank you to Adrian of customer care who assisted us in getting our product on time. We had an issue in the shipping of our original order and needed a replacement product in a very short period of time.

Adrian asked a few questions, photos of the damaged shipment and once received placed a new order for the product and we received the beautiful item in a matter of days with plenty of time to met our deadline. Hats off to Adrian!!!!

The ability to access multiple designs and browse through options and then customize my choice, made it much easier to choose the perfect invitation for our event. The only issue I had was customizing the photo to fit the required space but after a few attempts it all worked out (I’m not too tech savvy)

Extremely happy with customer service. I ordered koozies with my company logo and I didn't notice that I approved my logo in a position where it was cut off. It was actually my fault but they were incredible and gave me credit to be used for another purchase. That is the type of service I really appreciate.

I absolutely love this hat! I loved it so much that my son is switching travel teams next year and just bought a new one yesterday for the new team! Can’t wait to get it!
