As each Print.Inc product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
If your order does not match the original request, please contact us via email ([email protected]) outlining the issue. Include your original invoice number and the name the order was placed under. For quality issues, such as a misprint or a garment fault, please also include a photograph and description so our Customer Services team can assess the problem.
We cannot take action until all goods are returned to Print.Inc for inspection. After a thorough assessment, we will determine whether the return is valid.
If the problem relates to a production issue, we may offer a reprint of the goods to rectify the quality issue. As all products are custom-made, reprinting is the sole remedy for production errors once an order has been produced.
A refund will only be offered if an order is cancelled before any digital or physical work has begun. To cancel, contact Customer Services on 0113 256 0217 as soon as possible. Due to fast turnaround times, your order may already be in production, in which case we will not be able to cancel your order. We will always aim to support you as best as possible.
Failure to inform Print.Inc of a problem within 14 days of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been checked and accepted.
Please note: returns are not accepted on samples or sample packs.
We cannot accept responsibility for failures by any courier or delivery service, nor for any consequential loss incurred by the customer due to actions or inactions of Print.Inc or its agents. Where we feel turnaround times may not be feasible for events, we will always inform you and offer an alternative solution to help ensure timely delivery. The final decision rests solely with the customer, and we cannot accept responsibility for the outcome.
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately.
If invoice terms are agreed with the customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974
When placing an order via Print.Inc, customers accept responsibility for copyright and reproduction rights of all artwork files. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to reproduce the materials.
Print.Inc reserve the right to refuse production if images or content are deemed offensive or likely to incite hatred.

Our estimated lead times are shown on the Delivery Notes page and at checkout. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Lead times for your order are shown in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Importantly, these estimates start from artwork approval, not from the placement of your order, so we encourage prompt customer approval. If you need an order for a specific date or key event, please let our team know as soon as possible so we can help ensure timely delivery.
We do everything we can to ensure we complete all screen print jobs in full. However, due to the nature of the screen printing process, we do allow for a 2% tolerance on garment orders. If we cannot fulfill the full order, our team will contact you to either arrange a refund for the shortage or provide additional items where applicable.
