The Challenge / Problem

After recently moving into their new home, the homeowners were frustrated by damage caused by another company during the moving process. They wanted to repair affected areas and refresh the main living spaces so they could continue unpacking and decorating with confidence. The goal was to create a clean, cohesive look throughout the entry, living areas, kitchen, dining room, and hallway.

The Solution / Approach

To ensure nothing was overlooked, we created a dedicated project folder outlining all of the customer’s preferences and optional areas. Our project lead followed a detailed checklist from start to finish to maintain consistency and quality.

Wall Painting (1 Coat)

  • Rooms/Areas: Entry, Living Room with Atrium, Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway
  • Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, plastic, paper, and tape
  • Pole sand walls and spot prime customer repairs as needed
  • Apply one coat of customer-provided finish paint
  • Clean up the work area
  • Exclusions: Closets and repairs beyond small nail holes

Ceiling Painting

  • Room/Areas: Entry, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway
  • Protect surrounding areas
  • Repair approximately 30 linear feet of cracks
  • Spot prime as needed
  • Apply one coat of Sherwin-Williams finish paint
  • Clean up the work area

Results / Outcome

The refreshed living spaces gave the Lisella family the clean slate they were hoping for after their move. Damaged areas were repaired, ceilings were restored, and the main gathering areas felt cohesive and updated. With the work completed on schedule, the homeowners were beyond pleased and able to continue unpacking and decorating their home with confidence as they settled in for the new year.
