Equipo de Cámara y Video – Reglas y Políticas

El uso de equipos de cámara y video dentro de PRCC es permitido siempre y cuando sigas estas reglas:

1.) Puedes usar la cámara de tu teléfono celular y cámaras “point and shoot” en las áreas permitidas dentro de salón principal de exhibiciones, los salones de conferencias, y el “ballroom”, al menos que se establezcan reglas para un área, panel, evento o conferencia en específico.
2.) Las cámaras DSLR se permiten dentro del salón principal de exhibiciones ÚNICAMENTE CON EL LENTE CORTO BÁSICO, como por ejemplo un lente básico (“kit”) 18-55mm. Si no sabes lo que es un lente corto básico, consulta con un fotógrafo profesional.
3.) No se permitirán dentro del show estuches DSLR con más lentes y equipos. Nuevamente, únicamente se permite una (1) cámara con un (1) lente, por persona.
4.) No se permiten dentro del show lentes tipo telefoto o lentes largos similares, al menos que tengas un pase de prensa oficial y válido.
5.) No se permiten dentro del show trípodes, monópodes, monturas de mano, reflectores, cables, equipo de iluminación.
6.) La fotografía de flash no se permite dentro del show. Deja tu equipo de flash en casa; el Centro cuenta con iluminación de primera en todas las áreas, así que tu flash no hará falta.
7.) Tu cámara GoPro o similar es permitida dentro del show. Recuerda siempre tenerla a la mano. No se permiten accesorios dentro del show. (Ver la regla #5)
8.) Al igual que en la mayoría de las convenciones y eventos a nivel mundial, no se permiten los “selfie sticks” dentro del show. Si vas a tomar una foto, usa tus manos; es la herramienta “selfie” más segura en el mercado.
9.) No se permiten cámaras o tomar video en las áreas de autógrafo y “photo op”.
10.) No se permite grabar en video los paneles o sesiones Q&A si en estas se presenta material especial. Ejemplo de material especial incluye cortos de filmes (“trailers”), pietaje especial, material con derechos de autor, etc. Los invitados especiales se reservan el derecho de prohibir la grabación en video de su panel o Q&A.
11.) La transmisión en vivo (“live streaming”) se permite únicamente en el salón principal de exhibiciones. Es prohibido en los Q&As, conferencias y/o paneles.
12.) No se permite el uso de equipo de grabación en video con cables y micrófonos, al menos que tengas un pase de prensa oficial y válido. Esto aplica a todas las áreas del show y Centro de Convenciones.
13.) Es importante que le pidas permiso a cualquier fan ANTES de tomar su foto. Si éste no te da permiso, el fan se reserva el derecho de reportarte al personal de seguridad de PRCC.
14.) Se prohíbe tomarle foto a cualquier niño si sus padres o guardianes no lo permite.
15.) Se prohíbe el que cobres una cuota por tomarle fotos a los fans, clientes, invitados, exhibidores o cosplayers dentro del show. Si personal de PRCC recibe notificación de que estás cobrando por tomar fotos, nos reservamos el derecho de removerte del show. Le estaremos avisando a nuestros fans sobre esta práctica que NO está autorizada por PRCC.
16.) Cuando tomes fotos dentro del show, asegura no obstruir el flujo de tráfico de los fans. Si estás obstruyendo el flujo de tráfico, el personal de seguridad de PRCC se reserva el derecho de removerte del área y se te dará un aviso amistoso para que no lo vuelvas hacer.
17.) Personal de PRCC se reserva el derecho de verificar todo equipo fotográfico en cualquier momento.
18.) Estas reglas y guías están sujetas a cambios en cualquier momento y PRCC no tiene la obligación de publicar cambios en cualquier medio.

Grabación en Foto, Imágenes y Audio de Artistas Invitados en PRCC

En PRCC siempre hay prensa local e internacional cubriendo el evento. La compra de boleto de entrada a PRCC conlleva el consentimiento y relevo de responsabilidad de ser grabado (por audio, video y cualquier otro medio) para efectos de exhibición y exposición en cualquier medio existente y futuro en perpetuidad.

El fan con boleto de entrada a PRCC le da permiso a PRCC y sus designados, incluyendo pero no limitado a auspiciadores, exhibidores, contratistas y suplidores, a usar su voz, apariencia y toda reproducción, en cualquier y todos los medios existentes y futuros, en perpetuidad.

Puerto Rico Comic Con se reserva el derecho de prohibirle la entrada a, o remover del evento, cualquier persona que, a nuestra discreción única y absoluta, se comporta y amenaza a comportarse de manera que, razonablemente, se considera perjudicial al evento. El PRCC puede hacer cambios a estas reglas en cualquier momento.

PRCC EVENT POLICIES

Camera and Video Equipment Guidelines and Rules

The use of Photographic and Video Equipment inside the PRCC is allowed as long as you follow these simple rules:

1) You can use your camera phone and «point and shoot» camera in allowed areas at the Exhibit Hall, Conference Rooms and Ballroom unless there is a rule for a specific area, panel, event or conference.
2) DSLR cameras are allowed inside the Exhibit Hall area ONLY WITH ONE BASIC SHORT LENS. An example of a basic short lens is an 18-55mm «kit lens». If you don’t know what a basic short lens is, ask a professional photographer for help.
3) No DSLR bags with more lenses and equipment will be allowed inside the show. Again, we allow just one (1) camera with one (1) lens per person.
4) No telephoto lenses or similar «big lenses» are allowed inside the show if you don’t have a valid press pass.
5) Tripods, Monopod, hand mounts, reflectors, cables or light equipment are not allowed inside the show.
6) No flash photography is allowed inside the show. Leave your flash equipment at home, we have amazing lighting in all areas, you will not need it.
7) Your GoPro or similar camera is allowed inside the show. Just remember to hold it in your hands. No attachments are allowed inside the show. (Read rule #5)
8) As in most conventions and venues around the world, selfie sticks are NOT allowed inside the show. If you are going to take a photo, use your hands, it’s the safest selfie tool there is.
9) No cameras or video are allowed inside the Autograph and Photo Op Area.
10) Recording is not allowed at panels or Q&A sessions if there are special presentations. Examples of special presentations are movie trailers, special footage, etc. Special guests have the right to refuse to be photographed or recorded during their Q&A’s or Panels.
11) Live Streaming is allowed only at the Exhibit Hall. It is not allowed during the Q&A’s, Conference and/or Panels.
12) No video recording cameras with cables and microphones are allowed if you do not have a valid press pass. This applies to any area of our show and/or convention center.
13) You must ask permission to take a photo from any attendee BEFOREHAND. If you don’t have permission, the attendee has the right to report you to the PRCC security staff.
14) You cannot take photographs of children if their parents or guardians do not allow it.
15) You cannot charge a fee for taking photographs inside the show of attendees, clients, guests, exhibitors or cosplayers. If PRCC staffers are alerted that you are charging attendees for any type of photographs, we have the right to remove you from our show. We will advise our fans to not pay for photography services that have not been authorized by the PRCC.
16) When stopping to take photographs in the hallways or in any other area inside the show, please be considerate of other attendees by being brief and not blocking traffic. If you are blocking traffic, PRCC security staff has the right to remove you from the area and you will be given a friendly warning not to do it again.
17) The PRCC staff reserves the right to check and verify all photographic equipment on a case-by-case basis.
18) These set of rules and guidelines are subject to change at any moment and the PRCC is not obligated to publish changes in any media.

Photo, Image and Sound Recordings at the PRCC of Attendees

The PRCC is one of the biggest events in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, so it’s normal that local, national and international press visit our show during the weekend.

When you purchase an entrance and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the ticket holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.

Ticket Holder also hereby permits Puerto Rico Comic Con and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity.

Puerto Rico Comic Con reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner that we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.
