You may email a request for a paper renewal at massagether@pr.mo.gov once received, please complete and mail back to the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage along with a total fee cost of $200 for a Massage Therapist ($100 renewal fee and $100 late fee) and/or $175 fee for a business ($125 renewal fee and $50 late fee).

To register, you need to have an email on record with your board. If you have not received an email from us about MOPRO, please contact your licensing board to update your records. Many boards have online services that allow you to quickly and easily change your contact information. Please feel free to change your email address using this feature if it is available for your board.

NOTICE - Senate Bill 30

Effective January 1, 2009 state agencies must require a statement of no tax due from the Missouri Department of Revenue before issuing or renewing any state license required for conducting any business where goods are sold at retail. This requirement was enacted in Senate Bill 30 of the 94th General Assembly (2007), and was signed into law by the Governor on June 13, 2007.The statement of no tax due will verify that the retail business has filed and paid all of its sales and withholding tax obligations. If a business does not make retail sales, it is not required to present a statement of no tax due in order to issue or renew a license.
