PPLC and community partners offer a library service location at The Lealman Exchange
The Lealman Exchange is located at 5175 45th St. N. in unincorporated Pinellas County.
Hours are: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Some of the services provided are:
- A free PPLC library card (with valid FL ID)
- Pick up materials that were placed on hold
- Return materials from any PPLC member library
- HIGI Health Monitoring Machine, sponsored by BayCare
- Notary Services
- Electronics Recycling
- Free Books
The Lealman Exchange (LEX) is your hub for programs and services that meet the needs of this community, including jobs, housing, food insecurity and social engagement.
The 77,000 square-foot campus offers classrooms, offices and a multi use gymnasium. Pinellas County and local partners provide a wide range of services on site:
