Is your shipping service door-to-door? Will the package be delivered to my address?
Yes, our shipping service is typically door-to-door, and in most cases, the package will be delivered directly to your address. However, the final delivery depends on the destination country and local logistics policies. In some remote areas or special circumstances, you may be required to pick up the package at a nearby collection point. We will provide full tracking information once your order is shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive promotions.
We also recommend logging in with your local social media account, such as Google or Microsoft, X, Facebook… This way, you don’t need to remember another password, and it’s easier and safer to access your order history anytime.
How do I reset my password?

What currency is used on your website?
We support over 10+ global currencies, including US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD), New Zealand Dollar(NZD), Swiss Franc(CHF), Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), New Taiwan Dollar (TWD), Singapore Dollar (SGD), and other major currencies. You can choose your preferred currency using the currency selector — it’s located at the top of the page on desktop, and at the bottom of the page on mobile.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods (Google Pay, Appale Pay) displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways.
We also support direct bank transfers. For international customers, we recommend using platforms like Revolut or Wise to make your transfer — they’re fast, reliable, and can help you save on transfer fees.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?

Unpaid orders: No action is required on your part. Unpaid orders will be automatically deleted after a few days.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. If you are a retailer or need a large quantity, please contact us for a custom quote.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You’ll receive a refund.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
Do you send invoices with orders?
Yes! As soon as your order is paid, we’ll send a PDF invoice to your email. If you can’t find it, take a look in your spam folder or double-check your email address.
Shipping and Delivery
Where is your warehouse located and where do you ship from?
We ship using standard courier services from China. If there are no available shipping options to your delivery address during the checkout process, it is possible that your address is not in a commonly serviced country or region. Please contact us, and we will assist you in finding alternative shipping options that can reach your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our warehouses in China. We have customers in over 60+ countries. If our service is not available in your country/region, please contact us for a shipping quote. If you have a freight forwarder in China, we can also ship to their address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your destination country or region. Below are the estimated delivery times for most locations. In some cases, your order may arrive earlier than expected. Please keep an eye on your tracking information for real-time updates.
Air Shipping: 2-3 weeks
Global Shipping: 2-3 weeks
Economy Shipping: 3–6 weeks
Bulk Shipping: ≈ 8 weeks

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be automatically displayed when you add items to the cart or go to the checkout page after selecting your country. Shipping is calculated based on weight tiers. To save on shipping costs, we recommend adding more items within the same weight range — this way, you get more value for the same shipping fee.
If our service is not available in your country/region, please contact us for a shipping quote. If you have a freight forwarder in China, we can also ship to their address.
Why is shipping calculated so quickly — and why isn’t it free?
Shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the destination, package weight size and your selected shipping method. Our system calculates shipping fees instantly based on your location and the actual or volumetric weight of the items (whichever is greater). If we were to include shipping in the product price, we’d have to raise prices across the board to cover the most expensive shipping zones — which wouldn’t be fair to customers in regions with lower rates.
Additionally, By calculating shipping fees based on actual or volumetric weight, we ensure that you only pay a fair rate that reflects your specific location and order size. That’s why shipping costs appear so quickly during checkout.
Will my order be delivered right to my home?
Usually yes! Most orders are delivered straight to your doorstep. Door to Door. In some cases, like remote areas, you might need to collect the package nearby. We’ll always send you tracking info so you’ll know where it is.
Can I track my shipment?

If you haven’t received the email, please double-check that your email address was entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees based on the destination country or region. For example, some countries, like Brazil, require a tax ID number for shipments to be processed. We recommend including your tax ID in the order notes if applicable.
Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
To speed up delivery, some items may ship separately from different warehouses.
Why did I receive the box and the product separately inside the package?
For some lightweight but bulky items (also known as volumetric or dimensional weight goods), we may flatten the outer box to reduce shipping volume and avoid high dimensional weight charges.
This is only done for certain orders where necessary — not all items will be repacked this way.
Rest assured, the inner sealed packaging is never opened or tampered with.
In some cases, the packaging may also be adjusted due to customs inspection.
Returns and Refunds

Will I get a full refund? Who is responsible for the costs?
If the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order,
we take full responsibility. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering incorrectly),
you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and a small handling fee may apply.
If the issue is due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you, or due to customs issues in the recipient’s country or region, you will be responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I received the wrong item?

We’ll send the correct item at our cost, or offer a full refund.
How will I be refunded?

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for return or refund:
The item has been used or unsealed, affecting its resale value.
The return request is submitted beyond the allowed period (usually 15 days after delivery).
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
