How can I add an audio track to my YouTube video?
As previously asked at https://webapps.stackexchange.com/q/181486/192282, I read the YouTube help page Add an audio track to your video:
I am stuck at step 4: I don't see any Editor icon/option in the left menu or anywhere else:
"Edit" and "More actions" don't link to the editor.
The vertical ellipsis just gives these options:

The second screenshot you show isn't step 4, it's step 3, "Click the video you'd like to edit". It doesn't mean "click the checkmark next to it", it means you to open it (by clicking on the name or the details link). Afterwards, the menu on the left contains the link to the Editor, just as described in the help page.

Example of link to the editor: https://studio.youtube.com/video/A12Azzd6as/editor, where A12Azzd6as is the video ID.
I was able to navigate via the web UI to the video editor for some videos, but not all (no idea why!). Go to https://studio.youtube.com/channel/ -> Content -> given one video, click on the "Details" icon:
For some videos, that opens the video editor. For others, it doesn't (it instead opens the same video information form as when uploading one video), so I have to resort to typing in the address bar https://studio.youtube.com/video/A12Azzd6as/editor (changing the YouTube ID).
