FAQs
How do I place an order for a container?
You can submit your order request directly through our website or by getting in touch with our team. Once your order is received, we’ll confirm it and issue an invoice within three business days. Please note that we may decline an order if needed but we’ll always let you know in writing.
When do I need to pay for my container?
Payment is required before delivery. You’ll find the due date on your invoice, and we may request a deposit up front. If payment isn’t made by the due date, a late fee (10% per annum) may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations aren’t automatically accepted, you’ll need written approval from our team. If we do agree to a cancellation, you may still be liable for any associated costs or loss, and deposits are generally non-refundable.
Who organises delivery, and what does it cost?
We’ll coordinate delivery with you, but the cost of delivery is at your expense even if it’s not listed on your invoice. The delivery address must comply with our Transport Instructions and Site Access guide, available on our website or by request.
What happens if delivery fails?
If delivery can’t go ahead due to site issues or missed instructions, additional charges may apply. These could include hourly truck hire rates, storage fees, or re-delivery costs. We’ll always work with you to reschedule if needed.
Can I return my container if I change my mind?
We don’t usually accept returns, but we may consider them on a case-by-case basis. If we do approve a return, it’s at your expense and must be delivered back to a nominated site in agreed-upon condition.
Who’s responsible if the container is damaged during delivery?
Once the container is delivered, it’s your responsibility. While we handle each delivery with care, we can’t accept liability for any damage or loss during transit.
When do I officially own the container?
Ownership transfers to you only once the container is fully paid for. Until then, we retain title over the container but risk (and responsibility) passes to you upon delivery.
What happens if I need to delay delivery?
If you cancel or reschedule your delivery within 24 hours of the planned date, a fee may apply. This fee is based on delivery costs and is set at our discretion.
Do you offer secure payment terms?
Yes! We operate under the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA), and our terms ensure we can protect our interests until full payment is received. We may register a security interest over goods until they’re paid in full.
