Each of our websites are created individually especially for you, with unlimited changes until you’re completely satisfied with your website.
We use WordPress (that’s WordPress.org - self-hosted) because you own the content you add, WordPress websites offer the flexibility to be transferred to different hosting providers if needed. While we hope you'll stay with us, we believe in giving you control, ensuring the content you create remains entirely yours.
Websites in 2024 are viewed more on mobile devices than desktops, so websites need to be responsive to different screen sizes; that's been the standard at Polyspiral since 2012.
SEO means Search Engine Optimisation. This means, a website has been made as useful as possible to the website visitor. Google and Bing serve the searcher, so algorithms change to make sure SEO experts don’t try to abuse or cheat to get your website to the top of Google. This only means your website will be vulnerable to algorithm changes. Therefore, we exclusively use White Hat SEO technicians, to ensure your website keeps ranking.

We can write your content for you, or you can provide your website text for us to add, with guidance from us. Design and textual content can be updated throughout the development process.

Our website design process
First of all we find out all about your organisation and you. If you’re a one-person business or a large company or charity, there’ll be things you stand for that make you individual and things you don’t want to stand for. Who your target audience is, that’s who you’re selling to or who you want to reach.
You’ll need some visual branding to start with
If you don’t have a logo already, we can design one for you, have a look at our logo design here. We base and therefore reinforce your visual branding with the website design, whilst making it easy to navigate and update.
In development
We build your website in a private secure area and send a link to you so you can have a look and request changes.
There’ll be a point where we’ll have you in for training, or via video call so you can feel confident updating the content on your website, with guidance from us
Aftercare and hosting, we won’t set you a drift after your website is live!
When your website is live, we providing ongoing support with our hosting, that include bug fixers and security updates as well as one-to-one support
Our websites are hosted on 100% renewable energy, so that your website isn’t having a negative impact on the planet.
Technical SEO is included in our hosting, so an SSL certificate, security, cookie-content and GDPR and updates if there’s an security alert are all covered, if you want a bit more umph try our SEO packages. We also give you full access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing so you can track the performance of your website.

Your website will be ready for Google and Bing when it goes live, and be well looked after while we host it.
With our SEO packages which start from £250 per month, you receive a monthly report and recommendations, which turns Google Analytics and Google Search Console data into something intelligible and actionable tasks you can take to add to your website, or for the next package up, we add that rankable content to your website on a regular basis.
