Journal of Diversity and Equity in Educational Development

The Journal of Diversity and Equity in Educational Development (JDEED) is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to (1) develop and sustain a scholarly space for minoritized voices in higher education and (2) center dynamic conversations about DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) practices, theories, and possibilities in educational development. JDEED welcomes a variety of manuscripts—including empirical articles, commentaries (brief op-ed pieces), and reflections on practice–in order to welcome contributors with diverse interests and experiences.

Essays for Teaching & Learning

Essays on Teaching Excellence  are short and succinct scholarly essays that were published by the POD Network on an annual basis from 1989–2011. The essays are free of charge and available to the public. The essays present innovative viewpoints on college and university instruction.

Thriving in Academe is a joint project of the National Education Association (NEA) and the POD Network. An article usually written by a POD Network member, it is intended to promote effective teaching and learning in higher education. Thriving in Academe appears in the NEA publication The NEA Higher Education Advocate.
