  • What is myPodero?myPodero is an energy management app that connects to your home energy devices — heat pumps, solar inverters, electric vehicles, and EV chargers — and helps you monitor consumption, optimise schedules, and reduce energy costs.
  • Which devices does myPodero support?myPodero currently supports heat pumps, solar inverters, electric vehicles, and wallboxes (EV chargers). More devices are being added over time.
  • How does the optimisation work? The app analyses your device data alongside real-time electricity market prices to recommend or automatically apply the most cost-efficient settings — for example, scheduling your EV to charge when prices are lowest.
  • Does the app access my phone’s GPS? No. myPodero does not request location access from your phone. Location data for electric vehicles (used for geo-fencing) is received directly from your vehicle via its connected API.
  • Is my data shared with third parties?We use Mixpanel for analytics and Sentry for error reporting, both hosted in the EU. We do not sell your data to any third party.
  • Is myPodero available in my country?myPodero is available across Europe. Supported energy price zones and device integrations may vary by region.
  • How do I delete my account or data?Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
