Pocket Geriatric Depression Scale for easy screening in realtime. Save the de-identified reports, export as PDF, share with recipients.
Pocket GDS allows trained clinicians to easily administer the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) using an iOS device. Reports can be saved in pocketGDS for later review and exported to PDF to share with mail or messaging apps. File the PDF in the patient's electronic chart.
Note: the Geriatric Depression Scale is a screening tool intended for use by trained healthcare professionals. A medical evaluation by a trained clinician is required to diagnose mental health problems.
