PMS for WordPress is a digital software product. Once the plugin has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or used in any way, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable under EU digital goods regulations, as digital content cannot be returned in the same condition as a physical product.

We provide detailed documentation, screenshots and feature descriptions so customers can make an informed purchase before completing their order.

By purchasing PMS for WordPress, you acknowledge that you are buying immediately-delivered digital content and that your right of withdrawal disappears once the download or activation begins, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Because PMS for WordPress is a downloadable, non-tangible digital product, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

A refund will not be granted solely because a feature does not match a customer’s personal preference or specific workflow. Our support team will always assist in resolving issues related to installation or general functionality.

Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be issued in the rare event of a duplicate transaction caused by a technical error. Only the duplicated charge will be refunded.

Unauthorized Use or Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after downloading the plugin:
