All prices are net and exclude VAT where applicable.

Confirmed bookings of Plush74 locations are generally subject to a member fee, calculated on the total rent amount (excluding incidentals). The applicable percentage depends on the type of booking and location. The member fee is payable by the location partner and is deducted from the final payout. Exceptions apply.

For manual location requests handled by the Plush74 team, confirmed bookings are subject to a client fee calculated on the total rent amount (excluding incidentals). This fee applies only where our team is actively involved. Bookings concluded exclusively via Plush Chat without manual team involvement are not subject to a client fee. For event scouting and event-related bookings, a reduced client fee may apply. In selected cases, no client fee is charged.

Tailored flat-rate service packages and professional location scouting services are offered based on individual agreement.

Externally sourced services (e.g. permits, damages, catering) are subject to an administration fee, calculated on the total amount.

Listing a location on Plush74 is subject to a one-time onboarding fee (€74).

Payments are accepted via SEPA bank transfer or through our payment partner Stripe.
