David Socha, CEO

A veteran in the toy business since the age of 9, David’s journey began at his father’s toy store. He later joined Applause, the premier gift and toy company of the 90s. In 1994, he ventured out on his own to establish BHTB, driven by a vision of excellence.

Randy Clark, President

Straight out of college, Randy joined BHTB in a sales support role. Over the years, he immersed himself in all aspects of the business, discovering a passion for creating innovative toys that bring joy to children worldwide.
