The app controls what the driver can do while they are in motion, manages phone calls and texts to stop them from being a distraction - you can even route an incoming call to someone else to answer for the driver to provide customer service excellence and yet reach the driver safer by setting off a tone to alert them when it is urgent.

It Documents what happened with full telematics capturing and reporting hard events and phone events that show risky activity.

It can convert the camera on the device into a fully integrated enterprise dash camera solution complete with file management and sharing for investigation, coaching and documentation.

It even combines other camera systems such as Garmin, SurfSight, Surecam and others to provide continuity in your camera solution. To PLEDGE a camera is a set of eyes, they should all work together, and with PLEDGE they do.

It is designed to expand as your needs do. Using the phone as a dash cam for personal phone users or corporate issued devices, brings the phone into your core safety and fleet systems.

It is fully integrated with Geotab, Safe Drive Systems, eDriving and other systems to improve driver safety and risk management.

For the company it automates coaching where possible, reports and notifies who needs to know of infractions and violations for further coaching and reporting. It is a full Risk Management system to manage the losses down complete with Analytics.

Our premium upgrade even tells you what is happening across all of your connected systems. One pane of glass to tell you what actually happened when there is an event, document it for forensic use, share it for assessment and coaching.

Once installed the PLEDGE solution:

• Visually and audibly reminds the driver of the distracted driving oath and the status of your device

• Locks the phone down while in motion (can provide an override capability for the passenger not the driver)

• While the driver is in motion, automatically informs incoming callers and texters of unavailability of the driver. The driver will have access to missed phone calls and texts when fully stopped

• Depending on state law, remain fully functional with a Bluetooth headset to make and receive calls.
