Call Sheets for Concert Days

Call Sheets for Concert Days

A call sheet lists rehearsal times and the official order of musical groups in the concert. It estimates how long each part will last. It tells you when doors open for the audience to find their seats. It often contains other information about ticketsseating, intermission, and more.

call sheet is a document for musicians. It tells you when and where to be. It lists call times (when to arrive), where to enter, and who to check in and out with.

It often names your “green room”—a green room is the name of the place where you store your personal things likes instrument cases and coats; it’s where your group gathers while you’re waiting to go on stage. It is rarely painted green, most are off-white. False advertising, right?
