Through the account management page you can add and remove users to groups and set which campuses these User Groups have access to. - All users are added automatically to the Everyone group. By default, the Everyone group has access to all campuses. - When new groups are created, you can invite users into a group and select which campuses the group has access to. All unassigned campuses cannot be seen or edited by users in the group. - Users can be part of multiple groups, and group permissions are stackable: If a user is part of a group that grants them access to Campus A, and are a member of another group that grants them access to Campus B, they will have access to both Campus A and B. - Once the custom User Groups have been created, the partner admin should modify the access of the Everyone group to "no campuses" so that the custom groups can come into effect. - If a user is part of a group that grants them access to "all campuses", they will be able to see all and create new campuses. - If a user is only part of groups that grant them access to specific campuses, they will not be able to create new campuses by default. - PlanStudio can now analyse the walls and doors on a plan and automatically generate a navigation mesh (navmesh), enabling faster & better pathfinding capabilities.

- Wall Tool – Paint Mode Enhancements
- In addition to setting fire/smoke ratings, you can now change the preset wall type (e.g., Internal, External, Cubicle, etc.) directly in Paint Mode.

- The Trace Tool can be used to scan and automatically draw in all the walls from any type of graphic uploaded into PlanStudio.
- The tool supports a wide range of floor plan graphics, including photos of existing evacuation signs, detailed CAD plans, and even hand-drawn sketches. It can also handle multiple stitched-together graphics, so you can import several sheets of a larger plan, arrange them, and let the AI trace everything in one seamless floor plan.
- The Trace AI tool can detect annotations created with the Pen Tool in PlanStudio. These annotations can be used to hide or mask objects you want the AI to ignore, or to draw additional lines for the AI to recognize and trace.
- Sensitivity Slider: Adjust the sensitivity of the AI to different lines and objects. Depending on the type of plan you're working with, you can experiment with different sensitivity settings to achieve optimal results.
- Cleanup Options: A dropdown menu that controls how PlanStudio tidies up automated walls. It allows you to fine-tune the wall generation by how aggressively walls will be joined and straightened.
New Grid Lines Feature
- The previous grid layer has been replaced with a new, more versatile grid component.
- You can now easily add multiple grids to a plan using the "Pink + Button".
- Once you select a grid from the browser panel, you can customise the grid spacing and rotation in the inspector panel, then drag the grid on the plan to adjust its position.

- A new option has been added to set the minimum icon height for legend items in the diagram template editor. When configured to shrink, icons will stop shrinking once they reach the specified minimum height.
Changed Campus Creation
- The "+ Button" in the plan manager has been replaced with more intuitive text buttons for creating new clients, campuses, buildings, and floors.
- When creating a new campus, you will now be automatically prompted to set up your site plan. Once completed, PlanStudio will send you into a new floor plan with the site plan layer shown.
- We’ve added a dialog box for quick and easy editing of campus, building, and floor details immediately after creating a new campus.

- Added the ability to limit users' access to campuses by assigning them to User Groups. Through the account management page you can add and remove users to groups and set which campuses these User Groups have access to.
- All users are added automatically to the Everyone group. By default, the Everyone group has access to all campuses.
- When new groups are created, you can invite users into a group and select which campuses the group has access to. All unassigned campuses cannot be seen or edited by users in the group.
- Users can be part of multiple groups, and group permissions are stackable: If a user is part of a group that grants them access to Campus A, and are a member of another group that grants them access to Campus B, they will have access to both Campus A and B.
- Once the custom User Groups have been created, the partner admin should modify the access of the Everyone group to "no campuses" so that the custom groups can come into effect.
- If a user is part of a group that grants them access to "all campuses", they will be able to see all and create new campuses.
- If a user is only part of groups that grant them access to specific campuses, they will not be able to create new campuses by default. You can override this behaviour by checking the "allow adding new campuses in PlanStudio" box - if checked, any new campuses created by a user within this group will automatically be added to that group and all other users of this group will have access to the new campus as well.
- Unless a user is part of an "all campuses" group, empty clients will be hidden in PlanStudio.

- Added a new feature that allows you to manually configure all evacuation paths per diagram via the new evacuation targets mode. There are two modes to choose from.
- Automatic: PlanStudio automatically chooses the primary path and allows you to manually enable/disable secondary paths (existing behaviour).
- Manual: You can manually set each evac path to be a primary path, secondary path, or disabled, regardless of the distance to a target. You get full control over the evacuation path types, without having to manipulate targets or evacuation path rules. Click on a target's overlay to toggle the path type

- This makes it possible to manually rectify position differences between satellite providers.
- To access this feature, go to the "Adjust Satellite" screen within a site plan.
- Click on the "Adjust" button to enter offset mode, then drag the satellite layer to the desired position. The offset indicator shows the current direction and distance of the satellite offset.
Site plans can now be displayed in the background of floor plans on diagrams
- A new option has been added to the Plan Area in the diagram template editor for enabling this feature.
- The site plan in the background will render the site plan layers specified in the template editor settings.
- This allows you to display satellite imagery behind floorplans on diagrams.
Libraries can now be overridden while editing a plan
- The new Libraries Panel allows you to select an Icon Library, Theme Library, or Network Library for use while editing any plans within a Client.
- Selecting a library in this panel has no effect on other users or diagram publishing.
- The number of active library overrides is indicated next to the Library Panel button.
Portal links are now more customisable
- A portal tag is an identifier on a portal that can be used by other portals within the same building to link to this portal.
- Directional links can be established between a portal and any other portals that contain the specified tag.
- The portal link changes are available for use in the Locatrix world pathfinding API.
- A new option has been added for selecting the portal type. One-way portals restrict movement through the portal along a single direction, while two-way portals allow movement in both directions.

- PlanStudio can now analyse the walls and doors on a plan and automatically generate a navigation mesh (navmesh), enabling faster & better pathfinding capabilities.
- The Trace Tool's Wall Mode now detects walls more reliably, including walls with no connections on either end.
- Wall Tool – Paint Mode Enhancements
- In addition to setting fire/smoke ratings, you can now change the preset wall type (e.g., Internal, External, Cubicle, etc.) directly in Paint Mode.
- Use Brush Mode to highlight the walls you want to edit. You can add or remove walls from the selection as needed, then confirm to apply changes to all selected walls at once.
- Icon Creation Improvements

Trace with AI
- The Trace Tool can be used to scan and automatically draw in all the walls from any type of graphic uploaded into PlanStudio.
- The tool supports a wide range of floor plan graphics, including photos of existing evacuation signs, detailed CAD plans, and even hand-drawn sketches. It can also handle multiple stitched-together graphics, so you can import several sheets of a larger plan, arrange them, and let the AI trace everything in one seamless floor plan.
- The Trace AI tool can detect annotations created with the Pen Tool in PlanStudio. These annotations can be used to hide or mask objects you want the AI to ignore, or to draw additional lines for the AI to recognize and trace.
- Sensitivity Slider: Adjust the sensitivity of the AI to different lines and objects. Depending on the type of plan you're working with, you can experiment with different sensitivity settings to achieve optimal results.
- Cleanup Options: A dropdown menu that controls how PlanStudio tidies up automated walls. It allows you to fine-tune the wall generation by how aggressively walls will be joined and straightened.
New Grid Lines Feature
- The previous grid layer has been replaced with a new, more versatile grid component.
- You can now easily add multiple grids to a plan using the "Pink + Button".
- Once you select a grid from the browser panel, you can customise the grid spacing and rotation in the inspector panel, then drag the grid on the plan to adjust its position.
- A new "snap to grid" option has been added to the snapping panel.
- Grids can now be styled and customised in the theme library editor.
Updates To Template Creation
- You can now specify the number of icon columns to use in the vertical legend mode within the diagram template editor. Previously, this was adjusted automatically based on the legend's needs, but now you have full control to set the number of columns.
- A new option has been added to set the minimum icon height for legend items in the diagram template editor. When configured to shrink, icons will stop shrinking once they reach the specified minimum height.
Changed Campus Creation
- The "+ Button" in the plan manager has been replaced with more intuitive text buttons for creating new clients, campuses, buildings, and floors.
- When creating a new campus, you will now be automatically prompted to set up your site plan. Once completed, PlanStudio will send you into a new floor plan with the site plan layer shown.
- We’ve added a dialog box for quick and easy editing of campus, building, and floor details immediately after creating a new campus.
Updates to the Plans Panel
- The Plans panel now includes controls for adding new buildings and floor plans directly from the plan editor.
- From the plans panel you can now easily edit the names of campuses, buildings, and floors, as well as update addresses for campuses and buildings. We've also added the ability to delete buildings and floors.
- Additional updates have been made to make it easier for users to see the current building they are working in, know which plans are the primary plan and which are visible as an underlay, and some visual updates to make the panel overall more intuitive and consistent with other parts of PlanStudio.

- Added the ability to limit users' access to campuses by assigning them to User Groups. Through the account management page you can add and remove users to groups and set which campuses these User Groups have access to.
- All users are added automatically to the Everyone group. By default, the Everyone group has access to all campuses.
- When new groups are created, you can invite users into a group and select which campuses the group has access to. All unassigned campuses cannot be seen or edited by users in the group.
- Users can be part of multiple groups, and group permissions are stackable: If a user is part of a group that grants them access to Campus A, and are a member of another group that grants them access to Campus B, they will have access to both Campus A and B.
- Once the custom User Groups have been created, the partner admin should modify the access of the Everyone group to "no campuses" so that the custom groups can come into effect.
- If a user is part of a group that grants them access to "all campuses", they will be able to see all and create new campuses.
- If a user is only part of groups that grant them access to specific campuses, they will not be able to create new campuses by default. You can override this behaviour by checking the "allow adding new campuses in PlanStudio" box - if checked, any new campuses created by a user within this group will automatically be added to that group and all other users of this group will have access to the new campus as well.
- Unless a user is part of an "all campuses" group, empty clients will be hidden in PlanStudio.
- All Admin roles have access to all campuses, regardless of the groups they are part of.
- Leader line widths are now customisable via themes.
