PixelMongers is a pre-qualified vendor on the State of Oklahoma’s SW0135 statewide contract, approved through 2029. This contract allows state agencies, local governments, K–12 districts, and higher education to work with vetted vendors — no RFP required. We’re approved for services including accessible web design and remediation, branding, graphic design, SEO, and usability research. We offer more than 25 years of combined experience supporting Oklahoma government and higher ed — from large-scale website rebuilds and accessibility upgrades to day-to-day digital communications and support for public-facing teams.
PixelMongers works with Oklahoma agencies to meet state and federal accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA and current DOJ compliance expectations. We provide accessibility audits, usability research, and remediation for both websites and digital documents, including PDFs. Our focus is on practical implementation — not just reports — with clear next steps and real support. We also offer targeted training for content managers and communications staff, helping teams maintain accessible, user-friendly content well after launch.
