There could be a few causes to this error. You will need to check the size of the image you want to print and the paper size. You can do all this from the Print menu. Secondly, plug the printer to another port on your computer and then repeat the printing procedure. If it still gives you errors, then you should get in touch with the manufacturers/developers using the online support function found on their website. Access the website http://www.pimaco.com.br/downloads and then scroll down to bottom right and click on Online Support.
