About Us

Welcome to Phys Zen Yoga.
Phys Zen offers mindful yoga incursions for children.  We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn, explore and develop new skills. The Phys Zen program utilises mindful movement, breath work, yoga poses, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The lessons support children in building self-awareness, growth mindset, self-love, strength, focus and flexibility of the mind and body.

Why Phys Zen Yoga?

The Phys Zen Yoga incursions help students develop body-awareness, coordination and self-control, while also fostering a sense of calmness and relaxation. Students will be empowered with a new set of skills and a toolkit of strategies for increasing self-regulation and resilience in their daily lives. Our mission is for each child to have the opportunity to engage in sessions that promote mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing
