Website Member Registration
The Registration Process
When you are viewing the PHYC web site, you will see a button near the top of the page labeled [ PHYC Member Login ]. Click this button to open the Log in form. On the Log in form you will see a link entitled "Create Member Login". Click the link to begin the registration process, or simply click the link above in this document.
Verify Your Identity
The first step in the registration process is to verify your identity to the site. Verification requires 2 pieces of information:
- The E-mail Address you have on file with the club.
- Your Member No. (This number can be found on your PHYC membership card.)
Enter both of these items on the "Confirm your email address" form then check the box to prove you are not a robot trying to gain access to the site. You may be asked to identify some objects in photographs. Finally click the [ Verify ] button.
Email Confirmation
If the Email Address you submit in the previous step is on file with the club, you will receive an email message. Search for "phycfleet" to find the message in your Inbox. Click the link in the email message to continue. The link will return you to the PHYC site. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
PHYC Member Registration
When you return to the site you will be asked to create a User Name and Password.
- User Name - Used to sign in to the site whenever you visit. May include: Letters, Numbers, Underscore Character _
- Password - Must be 8 or more characters and contain: at least one Capital Letter, at least one Number, and at least one Punctuation character.
Your Email Address and Member No. should already be filled out for you on the form. Click [ Register ] when you are done.
