Help..

This isn't really a PHP issue..but if you guys know PHP you probably know easy stuff like...well the shit I can't figure out!! So yea, I need help with 2 specific things that I can't figure out. A. Password protecting a page on my site.
B. Creating a form that works. ("works" is the key word)
