Now if I do what I don't want to do, it is no longer me doing it, but sin that lives in me. I find then that evil is present with me, the one who wants to do good.
My inner man delights in the law of God. But I see another law in my body at war against the law of my mind, and it brings me into captivity to my sinful body.
O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?"
