I think the customizable computation region (not including empty areas in the simulation) is a killer feature of MT-FIMMPROP. I also very much enjoy being able to put together a relatively complex device that is fully parameterized with practically zero code. This allows me to focus on the proper parameterization scheme of a given device/circuit rather than on debugging code.
