I have just finished Phontage setup on my laptop. It's connecting and I can dial the other extension numbers in the office but there's no voice. I don't know what to do.

You need to check your sound card and the installed drivers. If these are not working properly, you will experience no sound issue. Alternatively, try to use another computer to call. Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should also fix it.
This software is available only for Windows OS, however, to make it work in a Mac environment, you need to install Windows. This can be achieved using Bootcamp or Parallels Desktop.
