Got our cat groomed here with Joanne, she's amazing. A couple of weeks back I visited the shop to enquire about an appointment. We were nervous as our cat has a heart condition and other issues.Joanne was very knowledgeable on what our cat was going through and reassured us our cat was her priority and not the groom itself. Needless to say we went ahead and found out our little man was playing us for a fool as when he met joanne he looked like a different cat. The way she handled him was amazing, iv never seen him so happy with a stranger.We will be back, thank so much.Ps the shop is amazing and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable on their brands and dietary needs. Great shop worth a visit. Joanne groomed our cat and she was absolutely fantastic.She knew exactly how to put our cat (and us) at ease.Extremely professional and knowledgeable.Would absolutely recommend. Joanne at Pet Plus has been grooming my boy Link for 4 years now and she’s the only person we will use. She’s patient, really takes the time to make nervous cats feel at ease, she doesn’t push them past what they’re comfortable with and does exactly what I ask. I was so nervous leaving him the first time but when I got back he was enjoying a blow dry and relaxing. She took care of our long haired cat and we've gone back everything and he loves it there! Love, love, love going here. The groomer is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice about managing my Persian cat after her groom. And the shop staff were also very helpful. Charley B.

My cat gets groomed here. He loves it! He hates me brushing him but for some reason (I can only think Joanne is some kind of magical cat whisperer) he loves having his bath and groom. He comes home feeling fabulous about himself and smells delicious 🤩 his only complaint is that I keep picking him up and trying to inhale him afterwards! Hi 2 cats Joey chinchilla persian and Remy maincoonare regulars with joanne for their grooming sessions. Bath , deshedding , sanitary shave and blow dry . They are like 2 super stars coming out. I am so happy with the service and joanne is mad about cats. For me the best is that the cars are not put to sleep for their grooming. She has an aura with that cats and she will win them over and even when Joey gives her a bit of sass she gets around him and give the best grooming .She is simply the best cat groomer marie-laure le G.

Highly recommend Joanne for cat grooming. Our cat is large and extremely hairy. He is also not the tamest fella. Joanne handles him so well and he comes out of there happy and content but also very well groomed. I was blown away by the honesty in purchase, free-advice, free sample of puppy food and sheer knowledge, in which the girl who served me had. I called to get a puppy crate and came out with tips and tricks on feeding, sleeping, toilet training, etc. I will absolutely be going here for all my future pet needs. 5 stars! Rebecca and Zoe should be considered as employees of the month or even employees of the year. Never have I got such good advice, attention to detail for my 5 months old cavachon puppy's needs. They were both spectacular and I cannot recommend them both enough. Very helpful staff, great range of pet items. They also have a top dog groomer, very experienced. Small but great shop , I found everything I needed there The team there are so helpful and always have great advice. Plenty of choice and selection for all animals. Great location too. Laura M O' C.

Cannot recommend this store enough. The staff are absolutely lovely and super helpful. Was speaking with the guy who works there about our rabbit, he was so friendly and so helpful. 10/10 customer service. Superb pet shop with lots of variety and a super helpful staff. Highly recommended. Very helpful and friendly staff Thanks to Pets plus for ordering in our Border Collie puppies Royal Canon milk and Royal Canin puppy nuts, brilliant service and much cheaper than buying from Vets ..always so so helpful. We want their for bigger fish tank and supplies. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they have quite a bit selection for dogs and cats too. We had our dogs nails clipped today and it was super quick and we had a very happy pup afterwards Great friendly staff They know their stuff very help Best pet shop in Cork. First time in this store, and I was impressed at the range. Staff were really helpful (thanks especially to Joanne!) and we picked up some fab new toys and chews for our dog. Love the groom room set-up too - very clean and organised, and the dog being groomed while we there looked like he was being well looked after, and was very calm during the process. Great parking outside too, which is a massive perk. We took our dogs there yesterday fantastic helpful staff. Joanne really helpful with advice re grooming the dogs. Anthony C.

If you have a pet and you need to buy some stuff for it, then look no further. Pets plus is a pet shop, for humans with pets. Great pet shop. Very helpful staff and excellent variety of products. See ye again soon. A+++ Very friendly staff, especially Jennifer, we were looking for a waterproof jacket for our little dachshund for ages. When we called in were allowed the opportunity to fit on a few before finally getting one that fits him perfectly. Highly recommended and will call again. Niall O D.

Very helpful staff we will be calling again The shop in north point is great and the staff is knowledgeable! Their online store is fantastic also I ordered heavy bags of cat litter on a Friday and they arrived on the Saturday morning. Great store with a huge range of toys, treat's,beds,food for your pet. Excellent staff, that are friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful Friendly staff. Always have a great selection of dog food, toys etc Just amazing. VERY helpful staff, great products in relatively good price. Today was my first time at this store, just because I dread going to the pet shop in my area - staff there are very rude.Here it was like a full 180° - the two girls that were there dealt with the customers ahead of me very swiftly and made sure they were fully attended to and satisfied. Super nice and accommodating! Fair play, brilliant staff. Good selection and prices.I won't mind taking a slightly longer detour from now on. Karolina D.

Small shop but stocks the essentials. Decently priced and they also have some gorgeous birds for sale there too. Stock wise you have items for cats, dogs, birds, bedding and hay for bunnies (no pellets that i could see) and stuff for fish. Even has terrapin food!Able to take card payment and saves me having to drive all the way across town from the north side of the city to get cat food.
