1. How long is the specific production time for each of your products?

Please note that the production time is related to the size of the customized items and our order scheduling, thus there may be slight deviations from the information in the table above.
2. Why do some of your products take such a long time to make?
These entirely handmade products are made using traditional handcrafting techniques, which involve a more complex process. Taking felt products as an example, the main steps include wool selection, shaping, felting, detail comparison, and final adjustment for fixing the form. Additionally, as the products are crafted one by one in the order of received orders, the time required is relatively longer.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Our products are shipped to any country reachable by courier. We will do our utmost to safely and reliably deliver the products to your specified destination. However, when goods enter customs in certain countries, there may be taxes, import duties, or other related fees to be paid. Please note that these taxes and fees are determined by the destination country’s government according to its laws and regulations, and are borne by the purchaser. Our company cannot prearrange or pay any customs duties or import taxes on your behalf.
4. What information do I need to provide if I would like to order your products？
All our products require photos of your beloved pet. To ensure precise crafting, please provide at least two clear photos taken from different angles(with a center front photo being preferred). Our team will discuss the details and your specific requirements upon receiving the photos. If desired, we can also add your pet’s name or other brief text to the product in an appropriate location. 5. How similar is your handcrafted product to my pet?
We strive to meticulously capture and replicate every detail of your pet, but please understand that since our products are handcrafted, there may be subtle differences from the original. We can generally achieve a similarity of over 85%.
6. How should I complete the transaction and what is the specific process?
a. Select the product you wish to customize.
b. Upload pet photos on our homepage or via email, and share your specific requirements with us.
c. Proceed to complete the order on the payment page.
d. We will start crafting based on your specifications.
e. For felted pet figurine, pet frame, and hand-drawn portrait, before completion, we will show you the finished product. If any slight adjustments are needed, we will adjust them according to your requests.
f. Once confirmed to be correct, we will proceed with packing and shipping.
