It’s hard to know where to start when reviewing Perla Lichi Design. We had an unconventional idea for our home. We wanted to play out our ideas but still have an elegant feel to the house. Perla understood and brought all of this to life. To wake up in the morning seeing some of the built-in designs is a serene experience that is hard to describe. It will never get old. In seeing what Perla was planning, the renderings brought them to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. We bought a second Florida home that needed a fair amount of work. We wanted a designer who wasn’t going to give us a monochromatic home like most seem to do. We wanted someone who was creative, on top of things, and would be sensitive to budgetary issues. We hit the jackpot in all categories when we hired Perla. From our first conversation with her, she was extremely likeable, responsive, and creative. She hired and oversaw general contractors who actually got everything done on time in Florida–something I was told by others that would never happen. Perla has a great team that stays on top of making sure things get done. She has a very professional organization, and they make everything seamless and easy. Lastly, and arguably most importantly, our house is beautiful. She was extremely creative and literally an absolute joy to work with. Highly recommend.
