Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Peptides.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit peptides.io. We are committed to transparency and to complying with applicable privacy laws in the jurisdictions we serve.

Health Information & Regulatory Compliance

Peptides.io is an independent comparison and educational platform. We do not collect, store, or process any Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). We are not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA.

Specifically:

  • We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
  • We do not collect or store medical records, prescription information, lab results, or other identifiable health data.
  • We do not process payments for prescription medications.
  • We do not ship, dispense, or fulfill orders of any kind.

When you click through from Peptides.io to one of our featured telehealth providers, you leave our platform and enter the provider’s own intake flow. Any health information you share at that point is collected directly by the provider under their own HIPAA-compliant privacy policy. Peptides.io is not a party to that data exchange and does not receive any of that information.

We comply with all applicable privacy laws in the jurisdictions we serve (the United States), including HIPAA where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”), and other state-level privacy laws applicable to the data we collect.

Information We Collect

When you visit Peptides.io, we may collect the following:

  • Account information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the health goals you select during onboarding (e.g., “weight loss,” “anti-aging”). These goals are general categories used to personalize content recommendations and are not health diagnoses or medical records.
  • Usage data: Anonymous browsing data including pages visited, time spent on pages, and interactions with our tools and guides.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimizing your experience.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies to improve our content. See our cookie disclosure for details.

How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize your experience and recommend relevant educational content
  • To track your reading progress and achievements on our platform
  • To improve our content based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
  • To send newsletters only if you have opted in
  • To respond to inquiries you send us

We may share aggregated, anonymized information with our affiliate networks and analytics providers for performance measurement. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where applicable. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These rights are available to residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comparable privacy laws.

To exercise any of these rights, please email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
