Penelope was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. She studied painting in the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence in Italy. She was taught by the professor Fernando Farulli. During her studies she also attended History of Art, Etching, Art Restoration, Pedagogy, Design, Graphic Arts, Artistic Anatomy of the Human body Photography. She did further Art courses in the USA where she showed her work as well. She exhibits from 1987 in Cyprus and abroad. She had many group and solo exibitions and her paintings exist apart from Cyprus and Greece in almost all countries of Europe, in Usa,Middle East and Australia in both private and state collections. After many years of residing in the USA Penelope returned to Cyprus to stay and continues her career exhibiting her Art work, doing portraints and teaching Art at her Art Studio. She is a member of the Cyprus Chamber of Fine Arts.
