The PEI Foundation is actively forging partnerships with educational institutions focused on training for the skilled trades. By offering free courses from the PEI Education Center & assistance in internship & job placement, the PEI Foundation is actively pushing new employees into the Energy Handling Equipment Industry.

The PEI Foundation has partnered with the Manufacturing Institute to participate in the Heros Make America program. This program connects active-duty service members who are reintegrating into civilian life with training & job opportunities. Through the PEI Foundation, PEI Members will have opportunities to participate in career fairs, industry awareness events, & access online hiring resources.

By partnering with a reputable research institution for development of white papers, The PEI Foundation will increase awareness of the Energy Handling Equipment Industry, develop a deeper understanding of the workforce issues facing our industry, & steps to address those issues.
