1. Participants cannot work on their projects before hacking begins at 1:00 PM EDT on 8/16.

2. Participants cannot use ideas, code, or projects from another team or hackathon.

3. Participants can form teams of a maximum of four people.

4. Participants must submit their project by 10:00 AM EDT on 8/18. 

5. Participants must follow the MLH Code of Conduct. No harassment or abuse of any kind will be tolerated.
