In May of 2025, I retired form 31 years of teaching at Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders and Kealing Middle School. Now I’m enjoying riding my bike to take myself on free field trips to swim at Barton Springs, bird with Travis Audubon Society, admire the art at the Blanton and Laguana Gloria, read and write poetry outside in parks. I developed and lead a monthly poetry-writing and birding walk with Travis Audubon Society. I’m enjoying doing more cooking and starting to practice piano again.
