Hamilton Anxiety Scale Updates:
1.
Scoring on the header has been corrected from 4= very severe to just 4 =
severe to mirror the PDF example provided.
2.
Insomnia was added to Question #6 below as a symptom as in the template

Language in Question #14 on the iOS version was corrected as follows:
from ‘behavior

Hamilton Depression Scale Updates as follows:

All questions now include the intensity nominal scale with an intensity
descriptor associated with each answer.
