pdfMachine White is a very useful app for printing PDF files. It's installed as a standalone printer that appears as an icon in the list of printers available, although it actually saves the document directly in PDF format.

The program generates PDF documents from any Windows app where there is a printing option, such as an Internet browser, a text editor or even an image viewer.

With this program, you can also insert watermarks and reminder notes to your PDF files. These are useful if you're not sure whether sharing them alters your rights as the author. On the other hand, if you have added your email account to the program, you can send the PDF by email.
