PDF Suite 20.0

I recently used PDF Suite to help me manage and optimize content for a project I was working on. The PDF extractor was incredibly useful in extracting images, text, spreadsheets, and other data from PDF files. The PDF SDK and PDF to HTML converter allowed me to easily work with the materials I had collected. The viewer, spreadsheet manager, and renderer were also very helpful in helping me to get the most out of my content. Overall, I found PDF Suite to be a great tool for handling content management and optimizing my workflow.

The application has complete built-in features that let the user to convert a file from common formats, as Microsoft's Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to the popular PDF file format that is common in most areas, where information must be shared. Not only that, a PDF source file can also be converted into a Word .doc file or other Microsoft's Office format for editing.

File conversion is a click-away and is performed in seconds (depending on the file size). One of the applications strengths is the integration with other installed programs, such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Mind Manager, and others.

Internet Explorer's integration is discrete with small and effective icons that allow the user to create a PDF file from any existing webpage. The displayed website can be converted and even emailed as a file attachment, making this useful to share specific information from websites.
